Key Responsibilities
- Proactive nurture leads through the entire admissions funnel via personalized communication using phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
- Utilize each client's specific CRM (e.g., Meritto) to meticulously track all interactions, manage applicant data, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Conduct persuasive presentations and one-on-one meetings to articulate each client's unique value proposition to prospective students and families.
- Holistically review and evaluate application files for assigned clients, making admissions recommendations based on their specific criteria.
- Guide and counsel prospective students and their families through the entire enrollment process, from inquiry to enrollment commitment.
- Represent multiple client universities as their brand ambassador at high school visits, college fairs, and community events (virtual and in-person).
Required
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-5 years of experience in a university admissions office, OR in a marketing, sales, customer success, or agency role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage audiences both one-on-one and in large groups.
- A quick learner who can adeptly manage and represent multiple distinct brands.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks across several client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
